In the Summer 2026 Rentiér edition of Hospodářské noviny — the Czech business daily — journalist David Busta interviewed our founder on the question the whole issue asks: how to build enough wealth — and what role real estate should really play.
His honest answer became the headline. He's 27, on track for financial independence before 30; he and his wife invest around 60% of their household income and track every koruna together. Real estate, he argues, just eats time and money — today he wouldn't tie up nearly as much in it as he once did.
For him, FIRE was never about quitting work — it's about buying back the freedom to choose. Financial security means a hard day at work is just that: a choice, not a trap. It's the same philosophy this app is built around.
