Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This page explains how cancelling works, when we refund a payment, and how the process runs. The short version: you have 14 days to change your mind about a payment, you can stop paying at any time, and if a charge is wrong we put it right.

This policy is in effect and applies to every payment.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel in the app at any time, in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further payments are taken.

For most situations this is all you need: if you don't want to pay for the next month or year, cancel before it renews.

2. When we refund a payment

If a charge is clearly wrong, we refund it. That covers things like being billed after you cancelled, being charged twice, or a technical problem on our side that stopped you using what you paid for.

Inside the first 14 days you don't need a reason at all — the next section explains that. After that, if you bought a plan and the app simply isn't what you expected, write to us anyway. We look at those requests case by case and we aim to be fair. What we don't support is a pattern of buying, refunding and buying again.

3. Your 14-day right to withdraw

If you're a consumer in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, consumer law gives you withdrawal and refund rights for online purchases. Nothing in this policy limits them. In practice: you have 14 days from the payment to withdraw and get that payment back in full, and you don't have to give a reason.

The 14-day window covers a one-off purchase and a new subscription — the lifetime plan included. For a subscription, it runs from the day the subscription starts, which for a free trial is the day the trial starts, not the first payment. Renewing a subscription you already have doesn't open a new window, so cancel before it renews if you don't want to continue. Checkout and billing are handled by our payment provider, and the terms shown to you during checkout set out those rights in detail.

If your subscription starts with the 14-day free trial, the trial is your time to decide: your 14-day right to withdraw runs from the day the trial starts, not from the first payment. Nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel in Settings before it ends, nothing is ever charged. The first payment at the end of the trial doesn't open a new window.

4. How a refund is paid out

Refund requests go by email: write to the support address below, ideally from the address you use to sign in, and say which payment you mean — within 14 days of the payment if you are withdrawing. The links in your payment receipt work too; they reach our payment provider directly.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You receive the full amount in the original currency, including VAT.

5. The lifetime plan

Lifetime is a single payment of €299 with no renewals. The 14-day right to withdraw applies to it exactly as it does to a subscription: change your mind within 14 days of the payment and you get all €299 back. After that the payment is final, apart from the wrong-charge cases above. If you want to try the app before committing, an account that has never had a plan can start with the free trial on the monthly or yearly plan; otherwise the monthly plan is the cheapest way to try it: one month costs €4.99, and you can stop after it.

6. After a refund

Paid access ends once a refund is issued. Your data stays in your account: you can export it as CSV at any time, and you can permanently delete the account and everything in it whenever you want.
